Brief Statement of research work

My research focuses on uncovering natural therapeutic strategies to restore pancreatic beta cell function and combat diabetes mellitus at the molecular and cellular levels. I am particularly interested in investigating the regenerative and mechanistic potential of bioactive compounds derived from natural sources. Using experimental diabetic models, I demonstrated that these interventions effectively restore pancreatic structure and function by reducing oxidative stress, improving insulin secretion, and modulating key transcription factors and signaling pathways involved in beta cell survival and regeneration. My work highlights the promise of natural product-based strategies as safe, cost-effective approaches for improving glycemic control and advancing regenerative therapies for diabetes management.
