Brief Statement of research work

My research mainly falls in the area of corporate finance, corporate governance, financial accounting and real estate finance. In corporate governance, I am mainly interested in role of managerial ability, political connections, military connections and board diversity on corporate decisions such capital structure, trade credit, dividend policy, earnings managements etc. In addition, I have interest in corporate real estate, corporate social responsibility and it affects affects on firm decisions. Recently, I am also focusing in climate risk, CEO narcissisms and audit fee.
