Brief Statement of research work

My research interest include development of Nano-nutraceuticals, nanohydrogels, nanoemulsions, Clinical Nutrition, Agro-industrial Waste Utilization, Prebiotics, Probiotics, Immunomodulation by Nutrients, Nutrigenomics, Nutrition to Combat Health Issues. The ultimate purpose of my research studies is improved health status of masses using indigenous resources
