Brief Statement of research work

Dr. Muhammad Waseem Bari is a Tenured Associate Professor and Deputy Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) at Lyallpur Business School, Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from the Beijing Institute of Technology, China. With over 15 years of experience as an educator, consultant, and corporate trainer, Dr. Bari has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact-factor journals and maintains an active Scholarly profile. Dr. Bari edited twelve books, including Impact of Infodemic on Organizational Performance and Handbook of Talent Management and Learning Organizations: A Post-Pandemic Perspective. Dr. Bari serves as Guest Editor for Springer and Frontiers Publishers and Article Editor for SAGE Publications, and regularly reviews for leading SSCI journals. In industry, he has consulted for banking and FMCG firms, designing and delivering corporate training on knowledge management, psychological contracts, innovation, and organizational change. His current research interests focus on leveraging AI-enhanced methodologies, such as SmartPLS 4, for robust structural equation modeling, and on exploring the nexus among knowledge management, tourism, employee resilience, and strategic HRM in dynamic organizational contexts.
