Brief Statement of research work

My research focuses on the design and synthesis of novel medicinally important heterocyclic compounds, particularly 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,2,4-triazole based scaffolds. These heterocycles are strategically engineered and structurally modified to develop potential therapeutic agents with significant biological activities. The synthesized compounds are evaluated for their anticancer, antibacterial, and anti-Alzheimer activities through in vitro biological assays and computational molecular docking studies. The aim of this research is to establish structure???activity relationships (SAR) and develop potent, ive, and low-toxicity drug candidates for the treatment of cancer, microbial infections, and neurodegenerative disorders.
