Basic Information
Brief Statement of research work
My research program lies at the intersection of human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership, with a primary focus on how emotional intelligence and varied leadership styles can be leveraged to resolve interpersonal conflict and enhance employee performance. Throughout my academic career, I have dedicated myself to exploring how frontline managers and entrepreneurial leaders navigate workplace tension, foster psychological safety, and drive employee creativity. This inquiry has led to over 20 peer-reviewed articles in SSCI and HEC-recognized journals, focusing on areas ranging from relationship conflict and abusive supervision to emerging domains like green HRM and strategic employer branding. My scholarly work has been recognized with the Emerald Highly Commended Award (2019) for my research on relationship conflict resolution. Currently, my research focuses on sustainable digital leadership, employee psychological safety, and green organizational behaviors. I am pursuing a balanced academic career that harmonizes teaching, research, and administrative duties. My long-term trajectory is focused on building specialized expertise in the management discipline, ensuring that what I research is precisely what I teach, thereby offering my students the most current and actionable insights.
