The project ???Disabled Boys??? and Girls??? Vocational Hands-on Training for Small Business Execution in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan??? aims to empower persons with disabilities by enhancing their vocational skills and entrepreneurial capacities. The initiative focuses on providing practical, hands-on training to disabled boys and girls to help them develop marketable skills and establish small businesses for sustainable livelihoods. By promoting skill development, economic participation, and social inclusion, the project seeks to reduce economic dependency and improve the quality of life of persons with disabilities. The findings are expected to provide insights for policymakers and development organizations to design inclusive vocational training and entrepreneurship programs for marginalized populations in Pakistan.

The project ???Demographic Dividends: A Wave of Challenges Opportunities in Punjab, Pakistan??? examines the social and economic implications of the growing youth population in Punjab. It explores whether the demographic transition presents a potential opportunity for economic growth and social development creates challenges related to unemployment, education, health, and social inequality. Using sociological perspectives, the study analyzes how demographic changes influence labor markets, human capital development, and community well-being. The project aims to provide evidence-based insights to inform policies that can effectively harness the demographic dividend for sustainable development in Punjab, Pakistan.
