Brief Statement of research work

I was affiliated with the Institut f??r Medienwissenschaft Philipps-Universit??t Marburg, Germany from 2017 ??? 2021 for doctoral studies on DAAD funded projects. My scholarly contribution includes various research projects in the field of social media effects and political communication and its empirical investigation in today???s challenging democracies, youth???s participatory culture, potential risks associated with social media communication and interdisciplinary research areas such as online and offline social capital among Immigrants and Identity formation. Besides, my research investigates how media and communication shape civic engagement, particularly within diaspora communities, and analyze comparative models of political representation.
