Brief Statement of research work

My research examines how individual psychological characteristics, motivational processes, and organizational contexts shape entrepreneurial behavior, workforce engagement, and employment relationships. My published work has investigated the influence of core self-evaluation and learning goal orientation on individual ambidexterity, highlighting how personal dispositions enable individuals to balance exploration and exploitation. I have also explored risk-taking, innovation, and proactiveness in the age of AI, emphasizing the mediating role of entrepreneurial motivation in driving business success. In addition, my research addresses contemporary workforce challenges, including the push and pull factors influencing the graduate???employer relationship in Pakistan and the global issue of employee engagement within a post-pandemic multigenerational workforce. Collectively, my work seeks to advance understanding of how individual traits, motivation, and evolving workplace environments interact to influence entrepreneurial outcomes, employment dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
