Brief Statement of research work

My research work primarily focuses on the extraction, isolation, and standardization of crude drugs derived from medicinal plants, with strong emphasis on quality control and phytochemical profiling.Research expertise includes vegetable oil analysis using GC???MS and other advanced analytical techniques. The work also investigates the bioactive potential of plant metabolites, particularly their antioxidant, antidiabetic, antimicrobial, and anticancer activities. The overall aim is to scientifically validate traditional medicinal plants and contribute to the development of safe, effective, and standardized herbal therapeutics, while actively supervising and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate research projects in pharmacognosy.
