Brief Statement of research work

As a Lecturer in Management and Entrepreneurship at a Business School, my research focuses on entrepreneurship development, organizational behavior, sustainability, and socio-economic empowerment within emerging economies. My scholarly work primarily examines the psychological, social, and institutional factors influencing students??? entrepreneurial intentions, youth motivation toward self-employment, and the role of education in fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems. In the area of management, I explore contemporary organizational issues such as green human resource management, employee engagement, eco-friendly workplace behavior, occupational attitudes, and workplace deviance. My research applies advanced quantitative techniques, particularly Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), to analyze complex relationships among behavioral and organizational variables. Additionally, I have contributed to studies addressing broader socio-economic and public sector challenges, including labor market issues, employee turnover, digital governance, and community development. Overall, my research aims to bridge theory and practice by generating evidence-based insights that support sustainable organizational performance, entrepreneurial growth, and socio-economic development.
