Brief Statement of research work

My research interests focus on Food and Nutrition, particularly in the areas of regulatory affairs, food fortification, and sustainable food systems. I work on developing science-based strategies to improve nutritional quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen resilient food systems for public health impact.
