Brief Statement of research work

My research work is situated within the field of Human Resource Management, with a particular focus on Organizational Behavior. It examines how workplace dynamics, such as leadership practices, employee attitudes, motivation, and organizational culture???influence individual and organizational outcomes. The aim is to explore the behavioral mechanisms that shape employee engagement, performance, and well-being within contemporary organizations. By integrating theoretical perspectives from organizational behavior with empirical investigation, the research seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of how effective HR practices can foster productive, supportive, and sustainable work environments.
