Brief Statement of research work

My research area is in Organizational Behavior, with a focus on unethical pro-leader behavior in organizations. It examines why employees sometimes engage in unethical actions to benefit protect their leaders. The study explores the role of leadership style, organizational culture, and employee loyalty in shaping such behavior. The aim is to better understand this phenomenon and suggest ways to promote ethical conduct in the workplace.
