Brief Statement of research work
Sadia Qamar has a PhD in English Literature. With research interests in the fields of Feminism, Postcolonial Theory, and Pakistani and South Asian Anglophone Writings, she has
taught English Literature for more than twenty years. Currently
she is working as Assistant Professor of English
Literature in the Department of English Literature at
Government College University, Faisalabad. She has
published a number of academic research papers in
various national and international research journals. She has also published a monograph: Feminism: A Primer (2024, Misaal Publishers). She
spends her time cooking, reading, and playing with her
kids at spaces between Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, and
Faisalabad.
