Brief Statement of research work
My research examines the intersection of e-governance, digital governance, and public administration with a particular focus on how digital transformation reshapes bureaucratic institutions and governance processes. I investigate the institutional, organizational, and policy dynamics that influence the adoption and effectiveness of digital governance initiatives within public sector systems. My work analyzes how emerging technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven governance tools transform traditional bureaucratic structures, decision-making processes, and public service delivery.
